Shipping policy

We currently offer shipping to the US, and Canada. 

United States:

We are currently offering FREE shipping on all $50+ orders. All orders under $50 will cost $5 for standard shipping.

All of our orders ship from Mill Creek, Washington.

Please allow up to 1-3 business days for processing of your order. If your order is placed before 3:00 pm PST, it will most likely be fulfilled that day.

Shipping time typically takes anywhere from 2 to 10 business days.

AVERAGE SHIP TIME: 5 business days

Expedited Shipping

We offer expedited shipping, which varies between 1-3 business days. The cost for expedited shipping is a flat rate of $12.95. Please remember that weekends do not count as business days. Orders requiring expedited shipping will be fulfilled the same day the order is placed, as long as it is placed before 3:00 pm.

Canada:

Orders shipped to Canada will be priced based on the total weight of the order. 

Lilac&Lemon is not responsible for paying any duties, taxes, or customs fees. 

More Information:

Standard shipping orders placed before 3:00 pm PST are typically shipped out on the same date of purchase, but this is not a guarantee. We are just a two person team, so once in a while we get a little behind! 

During big sales, please allow an extra three days for processing and shipping. 

Packages are not insured. Be sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages. You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees. 

In the case that a package is lost or stolen, please reach out to customerservice@shoplilacandlemon for further assistance. 

In the case that a package is returned to us, or deemed undeliverable at the address you provided, we will contact the email address provided. Once you respond, we will update the address accordingly.
