Refund policy

Sale prices and discount codes cannot be retroactively applied to past purchases. 

Returns

If you would like to return an item, please head to our returns center to get started.

We accept returns up to 30 days from the date you received your product.

You are responsible for the shipping cost of your return package.

Returns are for store credit only, which will be given to you in the form of a gift card.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. We reserve the right to refuse any return that appears to have been worn, is stained, or altered in any way. If this is the case, your item will be shipped back to you at your own expense. 

Gift cards, sale items, bralettes, masks, shoes, jewelry, accessories, glassware, candles, and other items specifically noted cannot be returned. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify if your return is approved or rejected. If approved then we will issue you with store credit equal to your return via email.

Damages must be reported within 3 days days of receiving merchandise.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded for store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Full priced items purchased with a discount code can be returned for the amount of the discounted purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you need to exchange your item for another size, or the item you received is defective, please email customerservice@shoplilacandlemon.com, so that we can ensure we have the item in the proper size/color you need.

Once you let us know the new size of the item you need, we will put it on hold for you to ensure it does not sell out. This hold will last two weeks, or until your item is delivered. 

You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Once we receive your item, we will ship the exchanged item to you, free of charge. On average, shipping time is 5 business days, but it can take anywhere from 2-10 business days, depending on your location.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and are not responsible for any packages lost by shipping services like USPS, or UPS.
